Covercrease Systems
The Covercrease system for Cover feeders on stitching lines has been a great success with hundreds of units sold worldwide, and is a “must have” component for your saddlestitcher. Replaces the existing scoring system in minutes and provides excellent crack free covers for your books up to 400gsm. The system works by using a creasing matrix which easily attaches to the feeder drum and the female has 3 score Widths for the perfect score. The system also works very succesfully on web presses.
We have now supplied a dozen of these Rosback Truescore-Pro Quad TS30 systems for use on Muller perfect binding systems now in it's improved TS30 HD form and every system has produced results which leave the customer happy.
The system works by using a split scoring disc which runs into a 3 part profiled lower former. Any weight of stock can be given a deep wide crease and is guaranteed not to split or crack any stock. Spine to hinge measurement can be adjusted from 4 to 11mm in 1mm increments. Used on Muller Corona binders throughout the York Mailing and Wyndeham groups.
Seen here is the Rosback Truescore-Pro TS30 Quad system installed on a Muller Accoro binder, we have also installed these systems on Many Muller Corona models.
