We have now supplied several of these covercrease systems for use on Muller perfect binding systems and every system has produced results which leave the customer happy.
The system works by using a split creasing ring which locates on pins in the male head. The female has a self centring adjustable width groove to give the best possible result on every stock.
The creasing rings are quite inexpensive to replace and will crease many thousands of covers before new ones are needed. The male and female collars should last for a lifetime as the only wear or Damage that can be caused is to the replaceable rings.
The Kit comes with 4 male collars, 4 female collars and 8 creasing rings* (4 to use and 4 as spares*)
