G5 Head
The G5 Head was designed with the latest technology in mind. From its front-locking mount system, to its Latchless construction and side-feed operation, this Head is easy to use. The G5 is a low-cost alternative for collators requiring a smaller capacity Head with greater reliability.
Capacity: from 2 sheets up to 13/64" (5mm)
Crown Sizes: 1/2", 3/16" Loop
Wire Size: 25 round
Minimum Head Center: 1-3/4" (39mm)
Speed: 12,000 stitches per hour
A smaller capacity head with greater reliability, the G5 Head is an answer to our customers' requests. From its front-locking mount system, to its Latchless construction and side-feed operation, this Head is easy to use. No tools are required to thread or operate the G5 and only a single adjustment is needed to change the wire draw.
G8 Head
The G8 Head features a side-feed design, eliminating the need for a Swivel, dramatically increasing the reliability of this head and can be used on virtually any stitcher or collator which uses DeLuxe Stitcher, ISP/Interlake, 26 Heads or Hohner 52/8, 55/7 and 48/5 Heads.
Capacity: from 2 sheets up to 5/16"
Crown Sizes: 1/2"
Wire Sizes: 23-28 round and 21x25 flat
Minimum Head Center: 2-3/64"
Speed: 20,000 stitches per hour, 12,000 Loop stitches per hour

Exploded G8 Head
The side-feed design eliminates the Swivel, wire jamming and dropped stitches.
This head can be used on any stitcher or collator using DeLuxe Stitcher 26/26D, ISP/Interlake/Acme Champion 26 or Magnatek and Hohner 52/8, 55/7 and 48/5 Heads.
User-friendly features include a "snap-out" Wire Tube, a "swing-away" Wire Holder Spring and an on/off Feed Lever.
G20 Head
Like the G8, the G20 head features a side-feed design eliminating the need for a Swivel which results in increased production speeds and decreased down-time. The G20 Head can be used on all dual-drive stitchers or saddle-binders which currently use 18D or Hohner 70/20 Heads.
Capacity: from 2 sheets up to 3/4"
Crown Sizes: 1/2" or 5/8"
Wire Sizes: 20-28 round or 21x25 and 20x24 flat
Minimum Head Center: 2-3/4" at 3/16"

High-quality alternative Stitcher Heads for Muller-Martini saddle binders. The DB75 and DB75V can be used on all stitchers or collators which currently use the HK75 and HK75V Heads.

DB75 loop stitching head
The DeLuxe Stitcher Muller-Martini Replacement Heads, along with a complete line of fully interchangeable replacement parts are available for current Muller-Martini users. Anywhere the HK75V is utilized the DeLuxe Stitcher DB75VHDL can be used.
The DB75VHDL has a stitching capacity from 2 sheets up to 3mm (.118”) and will accommodate 25 gauge round wire. The perfect replacement head for Müller-Martini Stitchers 221, 235, 321, 335, Prima, Bravo and more, the DB75VHDL is completely interchangeable.
