To whomever it may concern –
I have found the Rosback True Score-Pro system to be very user friendly and problem free.It is extremely forgiving on laminated covers and gives a very good prominent score.
I would strongly recommend replacing the incumbent pre - supplied metal cover scoring system with this system on any perfect binding lines. (fitted to 2015 Muller Bolero pictured above)
Best regards,
Marcus.

We recently supplied a Covercrease system for a 1529 cover feeder on a Muller Bravo in Glasgow, according to David Weston, operations director of Bell and Bain "One word for it: Magnificent"
"I've never seen a better hinge crease produced online on a Muller Corona binder"

We have fitted several of these TS30 scoring systems to the fleet of Muller Corona binders in the York Mailing Group at the YM Chantry (formerly Polestar) at Wakefield and Pindar in Scarborough. Since then we have added a further system to another Corona binder making 5 in total across the group.
"Morning Derek
Thank you for the further information, and of course I would like to make a comment
We have 5 Muller Corona binders of varying ages where the score rollers were becoming inconsistent on thicker stock 250gsm and over especially on dark colours and uncoated material, resulting in cracking and in some cases ripping the creasing area on the spine as well as the hinge. The Rosback TS30 Quad system eliminates this problem. Whether it be a 100gsm or 400gsm cover the new system saves us having to send covers out for scoring and we have been able to run at speeds of up to 12,000 books per hour and the finished result is fantastic."

An installation was recently carried out in the south west:-
"More than happy with the current set up with the Rosback Truescore-Pro TS30, our previous system had served us well but had come to the end of its life, hence the investigation of the Truescore.
I have found with the substrates of today, and the demands from the customers, it meets all without any concerns. Not sure if I have challenged it enough as of yet, then again it’s not failed.
Confidence in the finished product, the ease of use, gives a win, win."

After fitting Covercrease units to all 3 Muller stitching lines at Acorn Web, we then fitted the new Rosback Truescore-Pro Quad system on the cover feeder of their Muller Corona binder. We checked in with the customer some time later.
"Yes still all happy on the binder, we are extremely well pleased. A good investment long overdue.
Thanks again and all the best."

Another recent installation at Heritage Print Liverpool on their new Horizon AF566 folding machine.
Gary Cummings gave us his thoughts:-
It's the best thing I've ever used, easy to set up and saving us loads of time creasing on the cylinder. The most testing job we've done so far? A 400gsm black solid A4 4pp...probably better than on the cylinder!!
Khromatec of Immingham have installed the new Rosback Truescore-Pro TS30 Quad system for both of their Muller Accoro cover feeders. Antony Boyes told us:-
"It eliminates the binding operators hassle when having to setup multiple cover throughout a production shift. Whether it be a 130gsm cover or 400gsm cover, the original metal score roller would struggle to produce an adequate score especially along the hinge for the heavy weighted cover. Whereas the Rosback Truescore-Pro Quad has no trouble. Producing an equivalent platen scored cover inline at speeds for us of up to 5,000 books per hour is fantastic."
We have supplied 2 newly manufactured suction drums to Universal Print finishers to replace their worn out originals at a cost of £350 plus vat each. Mr Martyn Cashman's comment is below:-
"We recently purchased two replacement PU coated suction drums for our Stahl 78 folding machines. We are delighted with the performance of these on the machines and they have been supplied to us at a very competitive price."
Here are a few examples of comments made by Covercrease purchasers:-
Mr Simon Sheffield, Colourstream Litho Ltd, Derby
"We have recently installed the Covercrease device onto to the cover feeder of our Stitchmaster ST300. We no longer get cracking, it does a lovely job"
Mr Steve Templeton, Templeton Print Finishers, Bradford
"I''ve no idea why I waited so long before investing in the COVERCREASE device for my 1529 Muller cover feeder. I could have saved myself greif and money by buying the kit earlier. Our need to outsource UV coated jobs for letterpress creasing is now a thinbg of the past"
Nick Hollings, Trafford Press, Doncaster
"The Covercrease unit has been specially fitted to our new Purlux Saddlestitcher without any trouble. We regularly feed 300gsm board through the cover feeder without any cracking. All in all a good purchase!"
Keith Staples, Lodge printers, Huntingdon
"The Covercrease head we''ve put on our Muller cover feeder is ****ing brilliant" (censored by our publicity department)
Jim Robertson, Printwell, Airdrie, Scotland
* We have also fitted a Covercrease head onto the coverfeeder of Printwells ST100 stitching line*
Ian Benton, Ruddocks of Lincoln
"Our Muller operator has been in the business for 30 years and thinks the Covercrease head is brilliant, it solved all our problems"
