Don Valley Graphic Equipment was formed in 1993 by Derek Wood. Always specialising in finishing machinery, formerly a mixture of new and used machinery, but now with the emphasis very firmly on new equipment.

This is not to say that we don''t supply used machinery when asked and with our list of contacts you might be surprised what used equipment we have available to us at any given time, having recently supplied such items as Buhrs mailing lines and Harris and Muller saddlestitchers, MBO folders and Lhermite automatic punching machines.

2013 will see the launch of the MG420B touch screen control suction feed digital Autocreaser. 

Our latest co-operative venture is with Obscure Maxima of Turin, who have asked us to Market their superlative range of collators, which we are extremely familiar with and their completely new range of Semi and automatic Calendar binding equipment, which we have now got to grips with! Indeed November 2011 saw the installation of the first Maxima WM at SYNERGIE PLC in Birmingham, which is proving to be an immenselly succesful productive unit, which the customer is really pleased with.

We have also installed the 2nd second Rosback Lynx stitching line to another customer in Leicester, a sure fire measure of the effectiveness of the system.

Failing Acme or Bostitch stitching heads? these can now be replaced with the modern ultra reliable M2000 stitching head range,(Click on the stitching heads tab) we can really be a help in your bindery. 

We have also been very heartened to see that with the industry realising that modern industrial quality creasing machines have a place in the market, that this has been reflected in the increased sales of Rosback creasing equipment. These sales have also been boosted by the new Rosback Truescore Pro digital creasing heads and the odd few older machines have been retrieved from "dusty corners" now that the new improved creasing heads has made them front line equipment once more!

We now have quite a few succesful installations of Caiba equipment up and down the country, stretching from the Isle of Wight to the North Midlands including double-sided laminators and perfect binders, our next delivery from Caiba will include 520 and 480mm electric and hydraulic guillotines.
