TRUESCORE-PRO creasing heads
Cracking a problem?, not any longer!, fit Truescore-Pro heads on any Rosback machine, Rollem creasing machines and folding machines with 25,30 and 35mm exit shafts and eliminate cracking on all digitally printed stocks up to 350gsm. 2 X 2 TrueScore hinge scoring as well as various specialized tooling kits are also available for Muller Martini and Kolbus binding lines. 218 “Bobcat”
A friction feed desktop unit 45.7cm ideal for smaller print shops and short run work, especially when fitted with the “TrueScore” digital scoring head. Has many features you would only expect to find on much larger and more costly machinery.

220/223 & 226 series Trueline range

220/223/226 SR series
Further enhancing the capabilities of the Trueline range the SR series of vacuum feed machines feature a ball sidelay registration system for superb accuracy. The SRX version has a PLC control enabling the addition of “stop and strike” perforation with the optional COBRA heads, Ideal for return mailing products. These COBRA heads can also be used on the 240 series Perforating machines.

240XL and 243XL series
The 240 series is the deep-pile top vacuum feed machine with a 76cm working width capability. Consistent and reliable top feeding with options of pre-loading, jogger or 930XL conveyor deliveries available. It can also be supplied with the 248 or 249 Cross Perforator right angle units (pictured bottom left). All 76cm wide machines have standard easy-out shafts. 243 and 249 versions have double cutter shafts. Powerful and Productive.
